Under some circumstances we understand you may wish to exchange an item you have purchased. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with no signs of being opened.
You are responsible for the cost associated with returning the item. Please contact us prior to returning any items to lodge your exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any cosmetics, hair accessories or nail polishes and Gift cards cannot be returned. We also reserve the right not to exchange goods that we no longer stock since your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not refund for change of mind.
We will happily refund, replace or arrange to repair a damaged item however no refund will be offered for change of mind.
If you require a refund or replacement on a faulty item you will first need to send an email with photographic evidence and we will then send you instructions on our process.
If for some reason you wish to cancel your order in full and you contact us before it has been dispatched we can cancel the order however we do charge a 20% restocking fee. The balance of your order value will be available to you as a store credit.
